Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Tohar iOS application and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

Not medical advice

Tohar provides informational and educational content generated from data you provide. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in Tohar. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tohar. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscriptions

Paid plans (Core and Pro) are billed through your Apple ID as auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your Apple ID subscription settings. Fair-use limits apply to unlimited features to prevent abuse.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other users’ data or probe the Service’s security.
• Do not use the Service to build a competing dataset or to resell its output.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Intellectual property

Tohar and its content (excluding your data) are owned by Tohar Health, Inc. You retain all rights to the health data you upload; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content can be wrong; verify important information with your healthcare provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
